Development of the hotel between Kata and Karon beaches is finishing. In the first half of 2019 Phuket9 Company will complete the development of KK Boutique Hotel in Kata-Karon.

  • Company new hotel is located in Karon district 500 meters away from Karon and Kata beaches.
  • It includes 44 rooms, spacious foyer, restaurant, bar and swimming-pool on the roof.

Hotel location is one of the main advantages of it. Boutique hotel conception was chosen according to land plot size and building regulations in that location.

44 rooms are divided into 3 types:

  1. Rooms with king-size bed or two single beds
  2. Family rooms with king-size bed and one single bed

Process of Hotel Development

In December 2018 interior works are in process. By the end of the year a 24 hour market is planned to be opened on the first floor of the building. Before March 2019 rooms and foyer interior works will be completed.

Within a few months after development completion the company plans to hire and train staff, organize hotel system and start working with agents and tourist companies.
