Phuket9 Real Estate Development Company completed construction of Rawai VIP Villas Phase 1, launched rental program and sent first payment to house owners.

All villas are fully equipped and decorated, there are three types of villas at the first Phase:Rawai villas for rent

  1. Type A – 165 sq.m built area with a 7×2,5 m swimming pool, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It is best for a couple or a family of three or four.
  2. Type B – 215 sq.m built area with 6×3,5 m swimming pool, 2 bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. This house should be a good choice for a group of four or a small family.
  3. Type C – 240 sq.m built area with a 6×3,5 m swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen. This kind of villa is good for a large family or a group of six adults.

All houses are equipped with appliances including washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils, linens and towels, hair dryer, TVs in all bedrooms, barbecue in the yard.

Office in the project area is open daily, provides the ability for late or early check-ins/outs, as well offering as cleaning services and other.

Services included in the price of rental:

  • house cleaning 2 times per week;
  • bed linen changes 1 time per week;
  • cable TV, internet;
  • bills for electricity and water;
  • garden and pool maintenance.

Additionally, you can order an extra cleaning or a change of towels, transfers, taxi, rent a motorbike or car.

There are cafes, restaurants, massage parlours, seafood market on the pier, 24/7 convenience stores at the Rawai beachfront which is 300 meters away from the villas. Guests offered to use bicycles free of charge.

The construction Phases 2-3 of Rawai VIP Villas, Rawai Private Park, which will be part of the project continues at the moment. Completion of the park is planned for June 2016, completion of the construction of villas on the project in December 2016.

There are less than 5 villas still available for sale. Every customer is given the opportunity to sign an agreement on the guaranteed rental income for a period of 3-7 years, and in the sale price includes registration of property by registering a Thai company.
